2 cans (15.5 ounces) black beans

 

2 cans (15 ounces) sweet corn

 

1 cup cilantro, chopped

 

1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

 

1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped

 

1/2 cup red onion, diced

 

1 teaspoon chili powder

 

1 teaspoon kosher salt

 

2 tablespoons sugar

 

1/3 cup olive oil

 

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

 

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

 

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Drain, rinse beans and corn.

 

Transfer to a large bowl.

 

Add cilantro, red pepper, orange pepper, red onion, stir to combine.
