2 cups Farmer Cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Powdered sugar
4 cups canola oil for frying
In a large mixing bowl, whisk cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla.
