Ingredients

 

 

2 cups Farmer Cheese

 

1/2 cup sugar

 

1 1/2 all-purpose flour

 

2 large eggs

 

2 teaspoon baking powder

 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Powdered sugar

 

4 cups canola oil for frying
 

Instructions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla.

 

Add flour, baking powder, salt.

 

Mix well until all ingredients combine.

Step 2 

Preheat about 4 cups canola oil in a medium pot, over medium heat.

 

Set out a wire rack and cover it with a paper towel.

 

Scoop out some dough using small cookie scoop, and make about 1-inch ball.

Step 3

Fry balls for about 3 - 4minutes, turn until golden brown on all sides.

 

Take out cooked donut balls and place them on a paper towel.

Step 4

After they cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
