Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

 

 

6 eggs, hard boiled

 

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

 

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

 

1/3 cup dill pickles, diced

 

1/8 teaspoon salt

 

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 

2 teaspoons dried dill

 

2 tablespoons pickle juice

Instructions

Step 1

Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

Step 2

Place all yolks in medium bowl and mash with a fork.

Step 3

Add mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon dill, pickles, mustard, pickle juice, salt, pepper, mix to combine.

Step 4

Scoop deviled yolk mixture back into egg white halves using a spoon.

 

Sprinkle with dill.
