36 lemon sandwich cookies

 

8 oz cream cheese

 

Vanilla chocolate candy coating (16 oz)
 

Instructions

Step 1

In food processor pulse cookies until finally crumbled.

 

Step 2

Add cream cheese and pulse until dough forms.

Step 3

Using small cookie scoop roll mixture into balls.

 

Place balls on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, freeze for about 45 minutes.

Step 4

Melt vanilla chocolate to direction on package.

 

Dip each ball in melted chocolate using fork or chocolate dipping tool.

Step 5

Place truffle on lined cookie sheet and top with sprinkles.

 

Store in covered container in fridge.
